How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who reaches out to Hearwinds Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Hearwinds Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Hearwinds Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider or act on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@hearwinds.beer and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with our findings and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our reply does not settle things, answer the email and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
